This month I’ve started limited my social media/internet time on Sundays (I’ve only done it twice so far, but I’m loving it) and I can’t recommend it enough. I’ve been doing either 10am-3pm or 10am-5pm, depending on certain factors and if you’ve ever felt like you get caught in endless scrolling, then this is the activity for you. I wake up early, make a list of non-online things I want to do that day (some fun, some necessary) and then focus on that solely for the day. I like to turn my internet completely off and go on airplane mode, but if you want to keep it online for texts then by all means, you’re in charge.
