Tip - Workout Clothes

by Liz Heather in

Incase you have any qualms about buying from Lululemon, please realize that there are billions of other places to get less expensive, good quality yoga pants. I can't get over how gorgeous these Nike ones ($65) are.

Victoria's Secret and The Gap have a pretty sweet selection, too. Especially the sports tank tops at Victoria's Secret - they last you YEARS, it's weird/great. If I were you, I'd stay away from the super-cheap workout clothes from places like Old Navy and H&M since they wear out pretty quickly.

Final Scene in Six Feet Under

by Liz Heather in

Note: If you didn't watch the series Six Feet Under, you will definitely not give a guff about the following post. And if you intend on ever watching the show, please don't read on.

This is definitely one of my favourites. Favourite what exactly? I don't know... moments in my life, I guess? Yeah, it was just a television show, I get that. But still. Is it sad that a scene from an HBO show is something I consider a "moment in my life"? Nope. Sorry, bud. It ain't sad, I assure you. You can file this video in the category of Surefire Things That Will Always Make Liz Cry. There are many things in that category, but this is definitely in the top three.

Brush Your Dog's Teeth, Please

by Liz Heather in ,

Whoever is in charge of reading my eulogy, please include a nod to my impeccable oral hygiene. It's one of the few things I'm most proud of, thus far. If there's one, easy thing you can be taking care of in your life, it's your oral care. I'll never shut up about it. You know this already

But what about your pets? Who's gonna take care of their teeth? You, bud. Please get on that already if you haven't. At least once a week is all they require it done, too. I'm pretty sure that's why dogs do things that piss owners off sometimes. They're acting out 'cause you're not brushing their teeth. We all love that minty after-breath! Don't deny them that right! And if you're thinking, "My dog hates it when I brush his/her teeth." Well, that's your fault, owner. Try this tip to start to get them into it.
