It’s currently a snow day in Ontario. And yes there are horrid things going on in the world right now, with too many things out of our control and realistically so much to be worried about. But the fact that a snow day can still, in 2026, temporarily pause everything for a few hours and force you to experience some stillness? Absolutely nothing better than that.

I am about to shovel my parent’s driveway as an excuse to just be in it for awhile. But afterward? I’m watching one of these.
